I did my undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. I earned two undergraduate degrees, in Physics and Mathematics, along with a minor in German. I got my PhD at The University of Texas at Austin in high-energy physics, studying dark matter in particular. After that, I was a postdoc at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, before arriving at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
My research interests lie at the intersection of Beyond the Standard Model (BSM) physics, cosmology, and astrophysics. I work on constraining BSM physics via observations, with a focus on data-driven cosmology and cosmic microwave background (CMB) science. I am a member of the CMB-S4 collaboration. I have contributed to the development and public releases of the CLASS_delens and FisherLens delensing and forecasting codes.
